Many businesses with a ‘we’re hiring’ link on their home page aren’t actually hiring at the moment. What they’re doing is presenting an image of growth, as well as building a database of prospects for when they are hiring. You should do this too; but when actually recruiting also prominently include interview dates, person specification and/or job description.
