Once a prospective client has arrived on your website it's likely that they already know that you are an insurance broker and that you sell business insurance.

What they may not know is how friendly and customer focused the business is.  So, for example, if they get transfered to a Customer Adviser, many people may feel more comfortable that if they end up speaking to someone with the title of Commercial Broker.
