How easy is it to apply for a job in your office?

Don’t make it hard work for people to apply. Your recruitment ad needs to be clear and concise and cover all the key factors that candidates need to know. Plus your job specifications need to be totally understandable. No jargon please.

If a candidate reads a description of the role on offer and still isn’t sure what it is they’ll be doing, it’s highly unlikely that they’ll apply.
