Is CRM software going to make a big difference to my business?

The answer to that question depends on you. What you do and how you do it, clearly has an impact on your business. CRM software should be able to save you time, and effort and money and allow your team to spend more time on activities that are more productive. In addition you should also be able to provide better customer service, creating a higher level of customer experience.

But clearly if you're not using the software effectively then none of the above may apply.
