Using a personalised bundle may offer enormous potential for cross-selling

Looking online at research from overseas markets, the potential in the UK would seem to be considerable for selling a personalised bundle of insurance policies to clients.

In the survey discussed here, 91 percent of insurance customers stated that they would consider purchasing all their policies from one provider – as long as the offer to them was advantageous.

What’s more the age of the client seems to make virtually no difference to this decision, with Millennials and Boomers responding equally positively.

Plus as the survey also showed, the more insurance policies a customer has, the more likely they are to stay with their current insurance provider for longer (so their lifetime value grows accordingly).
