Seven things that suggest that you're easy to do business with

  4. Offer an instant quotation tool on your homepage.
  5. If you have one, promote your free, in-house claims service (with its own claims charter)
  6. Offer a written guarantee of consistent high quality customer service.
  7. And if you’re potentially their local broker, explain how welcome they'll be to visit you at your offices.
